Jozef Pridavok is the CEO of Mothiva, a company, which created Moscrif SDK - the most efficient solution for mobile development currently on the market. Jozef has more than 10 years of experience in software development. Prior to the establishment of Mothiva, Jozef founded company called Inlogic Software, development studio focusing on creation of mobile applications and games. Jozef has keen eye and a great passion for mobile technologies and software development and he believes that building software for smartphones and tablets can be more appealing, simpler, more fun and enjoyable as it is now.

Martin is Chief Operation Officer of Mothiva. He is the company co-owner as well and his main responsibilities lie in managing the daily operation and processes within the company. Martin has more than 10 years experience in IT and customised software development. He is a specialist and certified expert on Microsoft technology, focused on portal solutions and implementation of business processes. During his career he took on Team Leader and Portal Software Architect roles, for example in NESS. He is a professional trainer and coach.
